Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

NON-HOLIDAY: Cancellations 10 or more days prior to stay will receive a full refund. No refund for cancellations 9 days or less unless each of the days of your booking are rebooked.

CHRISTMAS-NEW YEARS: Cancellations 30 or more days prior to stay will receive a full refund. No refund for cancellations 29 days or less unless each of the days of your booking are rebooked.
